LONDON and CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — August 27, 2026 — hyperexponential (hx), the agentic platform for underwriting work, today announced a partnership with Novacore, the independent specialty insurance managing general agent (MGA). The deployment will bring Novacore’s admitted, non-admitted, and reinsurance programs onto a single hx platform, giving its teams unified pricing operations and portfolio visibility across the business.

Novacore will move all 20 of its specialty programs onto hx, spanning specialty transportation, real estate, alternative risk, social services, and reinsurance. Most programs are expected to be live within the next year, with the rest to follow as the partnership grows.

Rather than managing disconnected systems program by program, Novacore's teams can now compare performance across the book, catch issues earlier, and move faster on the rate changes that matter most, without the IT bottlenecks that have historically slowed them.

"Bringing our admitted, non-admitted, and reinsurance programs onto a single platform is an important step in enabling Novacore's ability to continue to scale in a profitable manner," said Darren Govender, Chief Product Officer of Novacore. "Our actuarial team can efficiently build, deploy and govern pricing and underwriting models across all our programs in one place whilst also having close to real time insight of key performance indicators across the portfolio."

“Novacore was built to be a forward-thinking, agent-friendly specialty MGA,” said Aaron Miller, CEO of Novacore. “That means scaling smart, pricing sharper, and being the partner that sets the pace rather than waiting on it. hyperexponential gives us one foundation across admitted, non-admitted, and reinsurance, so we can spot trends early, respond deliberately, and stay ahead of the market for our agents and carriers.”

“We're proud to partner with Novacore,” said Richard Gunn, President at hyperexponential. “The old model treated pricing, rating, and portfolio visibility as three separate problems. Novacore shares our vision for one agentic platform: where portfolio signals reach underwriters at the moment they're pricing, not in a report they check later.”

Novacore expects to bring its remaining specialty programs onto hx over the course of the rollout, extending unified pricing and portfolio visibility across its full book.
